AEC
Assigned via Inserts on Input Channels. One AEC reference is available per setup. Multi-mic scenarios supported for up to 12 microphones in a single setup.
With remote attendance of meetings and conferences becoming increasingly common, high quality audio is critical to ensure intelligibility for all attendees.Remote participants often experience distracting echoes – caused by their voice being played over speakers in the conference room, picked up by multiple microphones and broadcast back to the caller – which can seriously impede the clarity of the audio, and the flow of the meeting.
Allen & Heath’s Acoustic Echo Cancellation intelligently detects the “echo” in the remote participants feed, plus any residual effects caused by room acoustics, and utilises dedicated hardware processing to minimise the unwanted audio.
The result? A clearer, more comfortable listening experience for everyone in the meeting!
FBS
Assigned via Inserts on Zone Channels. Up to 25 bands of live or fixed feedback suppression. Mono or stereo Zones supported.
Not every voicelift or sound reinforcement scenario is perfect. Not every person knows the best mic handling technique.
Feedback suppression allows us to diminish annoying or harmful frequencies that can damage sound equipment or distract audience members.
With up to 8 instances of FBS each with up to 25 bands of feedback detection and suppression, even the most troublesome systems can be tamed.
